Installing EasyFiller
System requirements: EasyFiller runs under Windows. It does not run under Linux.
Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later is required.
Close all Internet Explorer windows before installing the program.
After the installation is over, the plug-in button and the EasyFiller toolbar will appear in your browser.
GETTING STARTED
Authentication forms
EasyFiller is designed for easy and convenient use so you can start working with web forms right after you install it.
EasyFiller saves logins and passwords you enter and also any other web form fields you fill and enters this data next time you visit the webpage. A click on the "FillForm" button fills out the form. If the "AutoFillForm" mode is enabled, the web form is filled out right after you open the webpage.
You can easily disable and enable saving the data you enter by just enabling/disabling the EasyFiller toolbar with the EF button on the standard browser toolbar.
Profiles
EasyFiller stores all information in so-called profiles.
For your convenience, the "DefaultProfile" already exists in EasyFiller right after you install the program.
You can either create your own profile or edit and use the "DefaultProfile".
You can also create several profiles to make work with forms more flexible.
When you create your profiles, you can switch between them using the drop-down menu of the "Profiles" button.
Master password
Profiles are stored on the local drive that is why unauthorized users can access your data. To avoid that, you should protect your profile with a master password. You can do it in the "ProfilesEditor" by selecting the necessary profile and clicking the lock button.
You should use a complex set of characters in your master password because it protects all your personal data and authentication passwords.
Detecting and filling out complex forms
Using its artificial intelligence, EasyFiller can automatically detect and fill out complex forms (for example, online purchase forms and registration forms). To use this feature to its full extent, you should fill out the fields of your profile. Fields in the profile are divided into sections: Personal Information, Contact Information, Address, Business, Credit Card, Bank Account, Privacy and Comments.
Using "Linking"
After you fill out a form with the FormFill button, in most cases you just have to check that the form is filled out correctly and click the Submit button. In case you need to edit some fields in the form, use the LinkEditior tool.
After you click the LinkEditior button, you will see a panel with profile sections in the left part of your browser. After you click the corresponding section, you will see the fields of this section on the panel. Use the Drag&Drop mechanism to move the necessary data to the corresponding fields in the form.
You can also manually edit fields and items in the form. All edited data will be saved.
When you fill out the form again, EasyFiller will use the edited data to fill it out.
Using "QuickForms"
To quickly access sites EasyFiller saved authentication or other fields for, use the "QuickForms" tool. You can view the saved sites in the vertical browser panel and open the one you need by clicking it.
Besides, the "QuickForms" tool allows you to see the fields saved in the forms. To do it, you should click Plus next to the corresponding site. You can see information about the saved field values, including logins and passwords.
This data is stored in your profile so you will have to enter the password to view the data in case the profile is protected with a password.
Backup
To safely store your profiles, you can back them up. This feature is available in the Options menu.
